Meet the Team
NICHOLAS M. FOBE
NICHOLAS M. FOBE grew up in Belgium, where he learned French, Dutch, English, German and is currently learning Spanish. In part because of his international background, he has developed an interest in how U.S. laws affect non-U.S. citizens living in the United States. Mr. Fobe studied law at the Universities of Fordham, Georgetown and Exeter. He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. He is a sought after lecturer on Trust and Estates, Estate and Gift Taxation at International Organizations including the World Bank, IMF, IDB, OAS, PAHO, and several Federal Credit Unions of International Organizations. Mr. Fobe has taught a course on Wills and Estates for the paralegal program at Georgetown University.
